Do I have to provide the images of serial numbers if my timepiece has been recently serviced?

What is the difference between an Extract from the Archives and a Certificate of Origin?

OPEN

The Extract from the Archives is a partial transcript regarding a particular timepiece from our Archives, as meticulously recorded since 1839. The Certificate of Origin is like a birth certificate delivered with every single new watch. It provides the movement, case and reference numbers identifying unequivocally any timepiece. This original document serves as a warranty and must be held in safekeeping as no copy can ever be provided.

What happens if an extract from the archives has already been issued for my timepiece less than one year ago?

If an Extract from the Archives has already been issued for your timepiece within the last twelve months, your request will be denied and your payment fully refunded. In addition, you will be informed of the date from which a new Extract from the Archives can be ordered.

What is the right of appeal in case an extract from the archives is not issued?

May I order an Extract if my timepiece is being serviced?
