Patek Philippe combines Haute Horlogerie and Haute Joaillerie by reinterpreting its most complicated wristwatch in a white gold version set with 118 baguette-cut blue sapphires (11.9 cts) and 291 baguette-cut diamonds (20.54 cts), featuring the "invisible setting" technique.
Among the 20 complications are five chiming modes, including two patented world exclusives: an alarm with time strike and a date repeater sounding the date at will.
The double-faced reversible case features a patented rotation mechanism enabling it to be worn with either dial visible.
This watch is accompanied by white gold cuff links set with baguette-cut blue sapphires.
